Lisa C. Fong and Michael Ng were pleased to author chapter 10 of CLEBC’s practice manual, “on “Expert Evidence and Administrative Tribunals”. The chapter addresses the admissibility of evidence before administrative tribunals under common law and specific statutes, the need for expert evidence despite an expert tribunal, and when expert evidence might not be needed due to tribunal expertise.
