Whistle Blowing: On October 2, 2012, Lisa C. Fong will be a co-presenter for CCH’s webinar, “Whistle Blowing: Professional Duties and Best Practices for In House Counsel”. She will be discussing the Canadian whistle blowing cases and the patchwork of Canadian legislation. Her co-presenter, Joëlle S. Berry, Director of Compliance of the College of Massage Therapists, will be discussing the regulatory regime applying to lawyers who blow the whistle.
